Upgrading Registration Status
During the registration term a registrant, upon completion of a specialist unit/module, can add this qualification to their registration status and will receive the new category or sub-category
Adding a Category Checklist:
- Completion of the "Adding a Category Form"
- Payment
- Full Fee $25
- Concession Fee $20
*A copy of the relevant concession card must be submitted
The following evidence must be submitted with the application:
- Copy of the completed qualifcation Certificate
- Copy of the official Transcript or Statement of Attainment
Please note:
- The registrants expiry date will not change when adding a category during the term of their registration period
- A new Registration Certificate and Registration Card will be issued to the Registrant
- The point allocation given to the specialisation is carried over and the Registrant can claim these points towards the 6 PDP's required for their next re-registration
